DAY ROOM 
Use of Day Room at Nairobi Tented Camp is 65% of the per double/twin room rate. This excludes the park entry fees which must be added. Earliest Day Room check-in is 11 am and latest check-out is 5 pm.

CHILD POLICY

• Child rates apply to children aged 3 to 12 years. (Children aged under 3 years stay free).
• Maximum 1 child sharing with 2 adults in each tent due to tent size.
• 1 child sharing with 1 adult pays 75% of adult sharing rate, and adult pays adult sharing rate.
• 1 child sharing with 2 adults pays above child rate, and adults pay double tent rates.
• 2 or 3 children in own tent each pay 75% of per person sharing rate.

​THIRD ADULT
Third adult in a tent not recommended due to limited space, but if booked third adult pays per person sharing rates for a fold-away camp bed.

PAYMENT TERMS
A 25% deposit is required to confirm a booking and the balance due 60 days before clients arrival. (High Season is 20 Dec to 31 Mar & 1 Jul to 31 Oct).
Bookings cancelled/amended from confirmation up to 120 days before start of the safari incur a 25% cancellation charge, Less than 120 days and up to 60 days prior to start of the safari 35% cancellation charge, Less than 60 days but up to 30 days prior to start of the safari 50% cancellation charge, Less than 30 days but up to 15 days prior to start of the safari 75% cancellation charge, Less than 15 days or more than 3 days prior to start of the safari 90% cancellation charge, 3 days or less before start of the safari 100% cancellation charge.
